PWR-Beatz

PWR Beatz is our HIIT/Functional Fitness Workout – No Equipment required!

The workout is broken down into three sections:

  • BURN – HIIT Section
  • BLAST – Bodyweight/Resistance
  • BOOST – Core Workout (done on floor but can be adapted)

The workout lasts for 45 minutes including Warm Up and Cooldown and ensures a total body workout like no other!

PRE-REQUISITES

In order to train in PWR-Beatz, you must have Level 2 (ETM or GYM), which we will need to see evidence of before you launch classes.

PWR-Beatz is a one day instructor training course and PWR-Beatz is included in the single monthly Beatz licence. See the Instructor Training page for dates.
