DELIVERY
All items will be sent by Standard Royal Mail First Class post or Courier, and will be dispatched within 2 Working Days of the order being received. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with, and enjoy your clothing. When you receive your items, if you are not happy with them for any reason, please contact us within 14 days from your order date to arrange to return them for either a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
All clothing must be returned in an unworn condition, and we reserve the right not to accept returns after this period.
A refund or replacement will be issued within 10 working days of us receiving the items.
Please note that your return postage is not refundable, but there is no extra postage payable for an exchange to be sent.
Please ensure the original packaging is also returned in the same condition along with a copy of your invoice. We would advise you to insure the package as we are not responsible for lost packages that are sent to us.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
