GLOW Beatz is an exercise class that uses Glow Sticks, Club Lighting and Banging Tunes in a darkened environment.
GLOW Beatz contains the same high-quality choreography as all Beatz formats, and is one of the official Beatz Fitness programmes, alongside Beatz and PWR-Beatz.
GLOW Beatz Instructor Training
GLOW Beatz is provided as a no-cost add-on for existing Beatz Instructors. All choreography is provided to all new and existing Beatz instructors through their online portal, alongside all support materials.
